Your satisfaction and your privacy are our 100% priority. Our physical shop is located in a seashore amusement park and operates in tandem with a 1910 Dentzel/Looff carousel. Although we are small, we are confident that you will find our customer service and our response time outstanding.
WE DO NOT SHARE OUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITH ANYONE; SHOPPING WITH US IS COMPLETELY SECURE AND CONFIDENTIAL!! After ordering from us, you will NOT receive future solicitations UNLESS you specifically sign in as a "new customer" AND request to be placed on our mailing list by checking the box asking to subscribe to our NEWSLETTER, in which case you will become a member of our PREMIER CUSTOMER DISCOUNT PROGRAM. If you do make such a request, you will receive a Premier Discount Card by regular mail that will entitle you to discounts on ALL purchases for the current calendar year -- both online and in the physical shop --, as well as information about sales and special promotions from time to time. Alternatively, you can send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address below. In either case, you'll receive your PREMIER CUSTOMER DISCOUNT CARD by first class mail. (If you apply for your card by mail, you will AUTOMATICALLY be placed on our regular mailing list, but NOT on our e-mail list. You can only be placed on the e-mail list by signing in as a new customer as described above.)

Alternatively, you may phone us toll-free at 1-800-830-8374. In the event that you reach our voice mail, please leave a phone number and a good time you can be reached. Calls are normally returned the same day they are received.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, please phone our toll-free number OR e-mail us for instructions. We will issue a credit for authorized returns, less the shipping charges, once we receive the returned merchandise in its original packaging in the condition it left our store. It is a good idea to be sure that your package is insured when you return it to us.
Problems with a shipment must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt.
Damaged merchandise, of course, will be replaced with no additional freight charges. We shall issue a UPS claim for that merchandise and UPS will no doubt wish to inspect it.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Our physical shop is open during the summer seven days a week, from 10 a.m. until 12 midnight eastern time. During the rest of the year, we are open weekends and holidays, but the internet store is serviced seven days a week. Orders of in-stock items are normally shipped within 24-48 hours.
